1. Parties

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: Payments will be made via the agreed payment platform or method.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.
• Expenses: Any additional expenses (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees) will be reimbursed by the Client.

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns all intellectual property rights to the developed website.
• License: The Developer grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the website for its intended purpose.
